Love this energy for today. I happen to be wearing red trousers, have just shared the link for watch a beautiful film (free or by donation) called The Eternal Song available at theeternalsong.org , promoting a new book Sacred Sussex which I feature in, and have confirmed candidates for a job in my team at work. Grateful for rebalancing energies at home , despite major shifts taking place a Path forward has emerged. 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for the share spectacular one. As I looked at the website the words Ancestral Wisdom for collective healing, it caught me attention and this definitely has my interest. I have signed up to watch this film and I really appreciate you sharing this one spectacular one. Many thanks to you.
Nd interestingly I had a major breakthrough yesterday in my direct maternal French Hugenot lineage who fled persecution in the early 1600s to land in Cornwall. The line had stopped at 1630 until yesterday when I broke through to France at back to 1525 and my 11th ggf. This is AFTER I discovered that the Bernardino Mendoza, from the powerful Spanish House of Mendoza lineage had been responsible for furthering the persecution of the Hugenots protestants. The healing has come forward at this point as I am strongly connected in the Karmic Dharmic field with someone from the Mendoza lineage that I met this year. Big shifts and ancestral healing.
That is really cool, I have been looking into certain groups who had to flee as well at some point. It actually is a common theme worldwide I discovered. I am African American and my great grandmother was Cherokee Indian. As I research my lineage I found out many of my ancestors (African Americans and the Indians) had to flee at some point. It has made me just recently create some affirmations to go along with the ones on daily posts. One is Nature is sovereign and land is free and another one is Earth is my home and I belong here. I just started these a few days ago but the goal is address that within my own ancestral lineage and the entire USA's karma as well, by using the power of my thoughts and imagination.
What wonderful affirmations. I've done years of ancestry research of my family lines. My grandmother was the storykeeper and then my brother who passed it all on to me. I've had to do much healing, especially being British, mainly Scots and Irish, who have the history of oppression by the British crown. But often the oppressed become the oppressors as the trains are passed down. I also have family who were colonial oppressors too. Some heavy energetic work to do especially relating to the slave trade and plantations; also the Mayflower settler William Bradford is my ancestor cousin x13. Many warriors too including Viking and Celts. Then there are many poor and humble people in my lines. We have all these stories running through us. So much is coming forward to be uncovered, acknowledged and find ways to heal..it's challenging but rewarding when you do the work. Id love to hear more of your ancestor stories.
Well thank you they were inspired by Author Priscilla Stuckey Article/Podcast, she actually trace back where the oppression from the British Crown actually started gaining momentum and writing many land laws, using force more and etc. John Locke and the Enclosure of the Commons, was where it started according to her. Here is the show you can either listen to it or read it.
I actually love podcast so I listen to it but it is all the same in the end. These laws from Parliament has put us all in a bad place, when it comes to nature, land and humans feeling like they own nature or land. So in short we are all in this together dear one. And as far as my history I am afraid the trail ran cold, the only thing I was able to confirm was that on my paternal side my great grandfather(African American) and my great grandmother(Native American) had to flee from South Carolina to North Carolina in the early 1900;s they had a total of 12 children (10 boys and 2 girls) my dad's mom was one of the girls.. The first three were born in SC and then the rest in NC. They never went back to SC. There are rumors, but nothing confirmed. All I know is that is was a very bad situation that no one talks about unfortunately.
Thank you for sharing more of your story. I'll listen to the podcast. My brother has lived in South Carolina for over 30 years now. His wife is African American from Charleston and traced her grandmother line to the slave trade on the Southern plantations. We can't undo the past but we can learn from it (for those us willing to do the work) and work to restore, heal and fight to ensure justice and equality as best we can in whatever way are able. Be it through story telling, energetic healing work, soul work, campaigning etc. 🙏🌳🙏
You are very welcome dear one. Thank you for asking and also sharing your journey. I feel we all have a piece of the puzzle of life that helps us along our journey. Through that movie I have connected with Ancestral Medicine as I want to learn about the land in which I live on now and I connected with the Emergence Magazine podcast. I appreciate all that you have shared on your side. And yes, slave trade is and has been part of my history on both sides. On a side note I did a small test in the late 2000's on my DNA and found out I had European and Spanish descendants as well. It was very shocking at the time however now I just see I am connected to many of the main races, with the exception of Asian. I have learn to accept it all in grace in perfect ways. I hope you do get a chance to listen to the podcast, I love her story telling and the fundamental approach of starting with land is sovereign and how that was get rid of much of what we have spoken about ancestrally and the need to further injustices on the land and the humans. It is brilliant idea, we have to power to change it together.
