Imox Glyph: This glyph signifies a glass of water. The top part is the mouth where it is filled up, and the vertical lines represent its roundness. Imox also represents the rain.
Imox: Associated with powerful psychic forces, Imox represents what is often called the “left side of reality”–those other dimensions, worlds, levels of existence that are unusual, eccentric, or in general deemed outside of what is “normal”. Accordingly, Imox symbolizes not only the receptivity to communication with or messages from these other realities and the ability to see into other worlds, but also madness, insanity, mental disorder, nervousness, uncertainty, and doubt.
Imox is a difficult day sign, for these things are not simple to navigate or understand; in fact, they can be altogether frightening. Yet Imox also signifies cooperation, especially in terms of the left arm working in concert with the right.Stupidity, envy, suspicion, and secretiveness round out the pantheon of traits and elements embodied by this complex day sign. Imox is the nawal of the ocean and the spirit of rain, and has a powerful connection with water. –Brigitte Rasine
Diana’s Observations:
Imox—nawal of undercurrents, abstraction, and change—cultivates results today through the consequential pulse of Power 3. As the keeper of water, intuition, memory, and hidden truths, Imox dissolves stagnation deep within the psyche, forging new neural pathways and sparking transformative growth. 3’s influence channels these emerging connections into tangible outcomes, shaped by our choices and the clarity of our current awareness. Thus, 3 Imox marks a potent day for unveiling hidden potentials.
Within Kawoq’s themes of birth and lightning-like revelation, 3 Imox ushers in a surge of fresh insights and visions, channeling them into endeavors of unification, collaboration, and the synthesis of new possibilities. Arising from the depths of the unknown—the left side of consciousness—these visions often emerge through dreams, synchronicities, or realizations sparked by challenges, relationships, and rare, meaningful conversations.
While Imox holds the possibility of unrest, eccentricity, and heightened vision, the energy of 3 can amplify these currents, introducing doubt, risk, and uncertainty. Yet paradoxically, 3 also represents the right side of awareness: action and tangible results. Therefore, 3 Imox encourages us to give form to our insights and revelations—even through modest or seemingly insignificant acts. This is a day to channel Imox’s artistic, intuitive visions into strategy, perhaps through unexplored methods, while relying on will and determination to bring hidden potentials into the light.
As we navigate Kawoq's midwifing of renewed group consciousness, 3 Imox first invites us to seek clarity and healing within. This reflects the Jungian process of individuation by breaking free from conditioning and cleansing our internal waters, opening the doors of perception. Its energy is the discipline carried by artists and visionaries; when aligned and put into practice, it gives rise to masterful creations, inspired works, and renewed social realities—laying the foundation for Kawoq’s promise of collective expansion, where individual transformation uplifts and evolves the greater whole.

Crocodile Spirit Animal:
Ancient beliefs hold the Crocodile protects ancient knowledge and wisdom that reaches back to our primal DNA and beyond. Crocodile is not easily fooled and brings a lesson of patience, particularly during new beginnings.
One of the interesting, defining characteristics of Alligator and Crocodile is that their eyes are on top of their heads. Metaphysically this implies the gift of sight – perhaps future-telling, clairvoyance, the ability to see Angelic spirits, etc.
Crocodiles work with water energy, which represents our emotions, particularly those we hide from the world. Alligator Medicine works toward embracing those feelings and working through them honestly.
All humans have an inner well of wisdom combined with the collective unconscious that guides us through this process with the Crocodile Spirit standing by ready. –Bernadette King
Observations by Mayan Spiritual Guides:
3 Imox
Nawal Imox represents the visionary world and without it, there would be no creation. However, it also has some very challenging aspects.
Sometimes we connect too strongly with the collective consciousness, bringing out the herd mentality.
Today the introverted energy of the number 3 may dampen the connection to the collective consciousness. We like to be a part of a tribe, we like to belong. We understand the “rules” of what we grew up with. Whilst we might rebel against these norms, there is sometimes a nostalgia around them for us. They fed us as a child and then we moved away from them. Sometimes we yearn for that nurture again. The energy today may highlight your separation from birth culture. In our birth process, as we progress through the trecena of Kawoq, we can see this as separation from the collective consciousness, or separation from our mother culture. It allows our individuality to emerge. –Mark Elmy

The energy of this day impels us to create the courage we need to break the structures that limit our growth. It invites us to take actions that represent a leap into our own truth, exploring the unique essence of our being and awakening the gifts within us.Every part of us, from our hands to our mind, manifests as a sacred instrument of power. Let us remember the healing capacity that resides in our voices and words; let our eyes remain open to the perception of the subtle energies around us. Let us be receptive to the guidance that manifests through the signals of our body, and recognize our thoughts as seeds that, when planted in the fertile soil of our minds, have the potential to create our reality.
Let us trust in the immense power we carry within us and consciously activate these divine tools that we are and have. -Denise Barrios

Such beautiful energy! I woke up early in the morning with splashing sounds and saw a blue Heron and I think your Nawal bird? Forgot his name, the one with the red head 😄
I don’t think it was a crocodile splashing around but a frog or a big fish maybe 😂
Such joy to be around water! Your 3th journal prompt ✨ so many dreams and insights and ‘no room’ to write them down, it’s so interesting to experience that too, just being the observer, taking all the beauty in, maybe that’s the hidden potential for now 🦆🪷💦🐦⬛🐸
