Imox: The energy of Imox relates to all that is subtle, intuitive, and eccentric. It is the essence of our consciousness, the interconnection of our ideas, it is mental strength and power, it is magic and wisdom fused.
Its force allows us to break with the structures of the material world in order to access the magical-energetic world, to capture the messages of the cosmos and nature.
This sign is said to bring the energy of craziness, however, this does not speak of a mental imbalance, it is rather an energy that manifests the magic of life. Imox is also the spirit of water, its power connects us to the force and purity of this element. –Denise Barrios
Diana’s Observations:
Today’s watery and abstract realms find stability within the structured plane of Power 6, creating a strong and fertile foundation. The magic-world stimulated by Imox takes root within our projects, families, finances, and physical body. 6 Imox is a great day to learn balance and stabilize our tangible realities through intuition, imagination, and exploring beyond our typical routine.
Connecting us to emotions, dreams, healing, and cleansing, Imox allows us to link ideas and experiences, enhancing our insight into the undercurrents of reality—glimpses of psychic attunement with life and our loved ones. Paired with 6, it encourages a shift in perceiving our inner world and the external realm from a different perspective, or to apply greater structure and planning to our visionary ideas.
Today’s 6 Imox can also give us glimpses of where we can invite greater proportion; the amount of watering our intentions require, avoiding overwhelm or lack of action by practicing moderation between imagination and structure in moving towards our goals.
Under the Ajmaq Trecena’s influence, guiding curiosity towards self-discovery, Imox may bring shake-ups needed to rebalance our approach to manifesting our vision. By paying attention to Imox's subtle cues, we empower our journey of self-discovery by stimulating our internal powers and spiritual resilience.
The enduring, symmetrical power of 6 and Imox's hidden magic empower us to use the strength of our individuality and imagination to balance our earthy plane. It's a time to ground our dreams into physical reality, interpret synchronicities, and materialize our creative visions.
Observations by Mayan Spiritual Guides:
6 Imox
Working with the energy of Imox can always requires a delicate balance. On the one hand is the realm of infinite potential and possibility, all creativity, the collective consciousness from which anything can emerge. On the other hand, the depth of the collective may become so enticing that that it is difficult to separate from the dream world. However, today nawal Imox is empowered with the stability of the number 6, connecting the Heart of the Sky and the Heart of the Earth with the physical plane.
It brings stability between the Earthly and the otherworldly, assisting the ability to manifest between them. It gives the ability to connect with the other world, while retaining control of the connection, and the ability to extract oneself when required. This combination gives a great opportunity to bring your dreams into this world, with the power of Heaven and Earth behind them. –Mark Elmy
6 Imox
The teaching of Ajaw Imox is that of experiencing an openness to the unknown, for this Ch’umil is the one that allows us to activate our dormant senses, that helps us flow and have the determination to not get stuck so that we reach a higher level of development, so that we are able to traverse more intuitive paths.Number 6 is an energy that brings forth the tests that teach us, that drive us to work on our development.
This number is connected to the material world and it is through its teachings in this tangible reality that it impels us to reach our greatest potential, not only on the physical plane, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. –Denise Barrios
Alligator Spirit Animal:
”Self Discovery”, “Revealing Feelings”, “Psychic Senses” , “Integration”
Alligator totem is quite complex. This is because it entails a great many principals within the umbrella term of integration. Alligator navigates the waters between life and death. Alligator totem also encompasses the sharp aspects of motherhood, judgements, grief, rigidity, absorption of new experiences, opinions, and the dichotomy of pain and pleasure.
When extreme circumstances rattle us, there needs to be a period of adjustment. Integration allows one to process an intense experience through the mind, body, heart and soul until the experience is fully absorbed and filed away as a memory.
If Alligator has come to you, it is a time of finding your way through what life has chosen you to learn. You may need to adapt to hardships in new and creative ways, ask for help, or create ritual. –Bryjna Magnusson
What is one creative project I can focus on today? How can I use both my imagination and structured planning to bring it to fruition? What new experiences or perspectives am I being invited to explore outside of my usual routine?

In response to the question about what perspective I am being invited to explore outside my usual routine— I had a healing session this morning where owl 🦉 medicine came up inviting me to become the hunter of deception, both within and outside of me. That is a new perspective for me that I’m practicing. I loved reading that the energy for today tells us to open to the unknown and that we can navigate by activating our dormant senses and traversing with intuition. That feels spot on. 🤲🏽🌀🐊
