Kej Glyph: The glyph represents a closed hand creating a circuit of energy that charges the four cardinal points, as represented by the four fingers, boosted by the thumb. –Carlos Barrios
Kej is the four elements: Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. It represents the four manifestations of humans: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It is the four cardinal points and the four paths. It is also solidity and stability. These are the forces and powers that fuel human destiny. It represents harmony. Its very nature is equilibrium. –Carlos Barrios
Diana’s Observations:
Today’s nawal of the mighty stag stands firmly at the peak of the summit–the expanded, high vista of Power 7. Both Kej and the energy of 7 embody profound balance, emphasizing symmetry and integrity in motion. With a solid foundation, 7 Kej can manifest achievement or the decisive steps leading to fruitful results.
The unpredictable, fertile waves of the Imox Trecena stabilize with Kej today, offering a clear vision or solid plan while encouraging us to stay receptive and adaptable. Insights from its mystical, irrational undercurrents, when applied practically, can help us break through stagnation and limitations–a key theme of this 13-day cycle.
The solidity of Kej, combined with the visionary traits of 7 and Imox, suggests that ideas matter only when put into action. When feeling stuck, each step taken can reveal new information, unfolding the clarity needed for our next move.
This day encourages awareness of the foundations we’ve set for self-development and creativity, inviting us to move through monotony and stagnation with firmness and trust. Kej’s authoritative, leadership qualities indicate confidence and determination, while 7 brings finality, expanded perception, and new possibilities.
The spiritual, authoritative, and visionary aspects of this day guide our destiny. Representing the four pillars of human development and harmonization, 7 Kej orients us toward the hidden powers we must uncover to become self-realized. Both the stubbornness of Kej and the indecisive nature of 7 warn against a reluctance to move. The key today is adaptation, met with steady action.

Stag Spirit Animal:
The stag is a symbol of vitality, manliness, elegance, instinct, maturity regeneration, and spiritual enlightenment. Among the animals, the male deer is revered. A stag be seen as a symbol of strength, power, and authority.
Stag symbols show up when we need to act on our instincts and trust ourselves in order to get through life’s obstacles.
We should not let fear guide us, but rather follow the stag totem and spirit animal guide’s path of strength and power with courage. -Alltotems.com
Observations by Mayan Spiritual Guides:
7 Kej
The last time we encountered the number 7, it was 7 Ix. Now we see that has transformed to 7 Kej, as if we have moved from the plant to its flower, moving from Ix to Kej.Whilst Ix might also represent the more spiritual, etheric manifestation of the energy, Kej is somewhat like the distillation of the energy of the natural world into physical form. Ix might represent the spirit of the forest, Kej represents the physical presence of the stag moving amongst the trees.
Today is the day that the majestic stag stands on top of the mountain, or at least the summit of the pyramid of numbers. It is a day when you might be able to see the power of nature all around you, and draw your strength from this view.
You might find that you have a great deal of energy, and you are not sure quite which direction to put it into. One of the lessons of days carrying the number 7 is to make decisions.
Imagine if you can see all the good ideas at once. It doesn’t matter which one you pick to follow, they are all beneficial. The important thing is that you make your choice, you decide to engage with that idea. –Mark Elmy
7 Kej
Kej emanates the power of nature and the knowledge contained within its elements, and today it vibrates in harmony with the trecena of Imox, the wisdom of water. In this day, strong spaces emerge that facilitate our relationship with water; if we are open we can receive its messages and knowledge.Let us remember that in the plants, trees, animals, crystals, water, fire and in every element of nature there is healing and wisdom, that they are also our ancestors. Let us nourish ourselves today with all the magic and knowledge of Mother Earth. –Denise Barrios
