Kan: Associated with the mystical Feathered Serpent, Kukulkan or Quetzalcoatl, it is one of the most powerful day signs in the Cholq’ij.

In Native American lore, snakes represent change, simply illustrated by the way they constantly shed their skin. The Kundalini, Ouroboros, the Aztec Quetalcoatl, and a myriad of snake deities symbolize the creation of the inner and outer cosmos in numerous cultures.
Receiving snake medicine is akin to receiving an invitation to embark as the winds of change approach. “Bon Voyage” says the cosmos as you enter into an experience that shifts your course.
